I received my undergraduate degree from University of Oregon in psychology and my graduate degree from Pacific University in counseling psychology. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) by the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists (#C3875). In my free time I like to immerse myself in nature whether that be through hiking, camping, taking my dog to the river or meditating outside. I also enjoy yoga, time with animals, traveling, and connecting with people in my community
I strive to create a safe, but relaxed atmosphere so that you are free to explore topics most important to you. My goal as a therapist is to partner with you in discovering solutions, so that you may be able to know yourself better and create a more fulfilling life.
My approach is strength-based, person-centered and empowering. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing and Narrative Therapy.
